Kanchanaburi & The River

Kanchanaburi is home to the ridge on the River Kwai, and serves as a poignant remember of the atrocities suffered here during World War II. It’s also an ideal base for exploring the tiered waterfalls in Erawan National Park.

Ayutthaya

The abandoned city of Ayutthaya was the capital of Siam for just over four centuries. Today, you can walk among its brickwork ruins, proud temple spires and thousand of buddha statues.

Koh Samet

The small, palm fringed island of Koh Samet lies the Gulf of Thailand and has sandy beaches to match any in the country. The island escaped the worst of the monsoon season and can be visited year-round.
